Returns and Refunds Policy

To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging and box.

 

The return postage must be a tracked service and will be covered by the buyer. If the entire order is returned, the original postage will be refunded. For partial returns, the original postage will not be refunded. Once we receive the goods in good condition and in the correct packaging, a refund will be issued to the original payment source.

 

Non-refundable items include live sale items on social media (sold as seen), sale or reduced items, discounted items, and custom orders.

 

A custom order is an item not typically stocked by Crystals U Love, specifically ordered upon a customer’s request, and designed according to the buyer’s specifications.

 

Damaged Goods: If your order contains incorrectly shipped items, incomplete shipments, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. A full refund will be issued upon return of the items. We will cover all postage costs for returning damaged goods. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
